Overview
VerifAvia is a leading accredited verification body of greenhouse gas emissions for the aviation sector under the EU ETS Directive.
For the 2010 monitoring period, VerifAvia conducted EU ETS verification of more than 460 operators - including 70+ commercial airlines - from 60 countries and reporting to 22 different Competent Authorities, which represents a 36% global market share.

Accreditation
VerifAvia is ISO14065:2007 accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to provide greenhouse gas verification for the aviation sector under the EU ETS (download Certificate of Acccreditation).
VerifAvia is approved to conduct EU ETS verification in the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Wallonia.
