Petits émetteurs
Présentation
Les exploitants non-commerciaux effectuant pendant trois périodes consécutives de quatre mois moins de 243 vols par période et les exploitants non commerciaux réalisant des vols dont les émissions annuelles totales sont inférieures à 10 000 tonnes de CO2 par an sont considérés comme de petits émetteurs.
La plupart des exploitants d'avions d'affaires sont considérés comme des petits émetteurs. Les petits émetteurs peuvent utiliser soit la procédure normale pour calculer leur consommation de carburant, soit la procédure simplifiée (en utilisant le small emitters tool ou le ETS Support Facility).
Pour la période de suivi 2010, VerifAvia a vérifié environ 400 petits émetteurs de 40 pays et rattachés à 20 autorités compétentes différentes.
VerifAvia a développé une méthodologie de vérification simplifiée pour les petits émetteurs qui n'exige pas de visite sur site. La vérification est réalisée à distance par email; notre service comprend un accompagnement tout au long du processus.
