State Action Plans for Turkey
The Turkish CAA wanted to design their State Action Plan based on the advanced methods and best available methodologies.

The APER team conducted the following tasks:
- preparation and recommendations for the Turkey State Action Plan
- mapping of all actors, preparation of surveys, collection of data.
- use of advanced tier method to calculate the emissions, and forecasting.
- preparation of the Action Plan Report
- preparation of communication materials.
