EUROCONTROL published an updated version of the Small Emitter Tool (version 2011.11.01, to be used for flights operated in 2011). The Small Emitter Tool can be used:

• By small emitters using the simplified procedure to monitor fuel consumption and aircraft emissions
• By any operator using the normal procedure to monitor fuel consumption as data gap approach only
