ICAO published the list of operators subject to CORSIA
ICAO published the second edition document "CORSIA Aeroplane Operator to State Attributions" which lists a total of 670 aeroplane operators subject to CORSIA and their attribution to each ICAO Contracting State.
We would like to bring to your attention that the information contained in this list, as it is based on information submitted by each Contracting State to ICAO without confirmation by ICAO, is only indicative and should be treated as such:
- The list may contain operators that are actually not subject to CORSIA as they fall below the CORSIA MRV applicability threshold
- Operators subject to CORSIA may not be listed because the relevant Contracting State has not yet communicated the information to ICAO
- Operators subject to CORSIA may not be listed because the relevant Contracting State failed to include the name of the operator in the list they provided to ICAO
As the CORSIA SARPs is the only legally binding document, operators are strongly recommended to rely on the applicability rules described in the SARPs to identify whether they are subject to CORSIA MRV or not.
