State Action Plans training to TRACECA members
Nicolas Duchêne provided training to TRACECA CAAs to help them prepare their State Action Plan for APER.

As a result, TRACECA members became aware of the ICAO APER, and initiated their Action Plans.
Note: TRACECA is an internationally recognized programme aimed at strengthening of economic relations, trade and transport communication in the regions of the Black Sea basin, South Caucasus and Central Asia owing to active work based on political will and common aspirations of all member-states. Actions made by the APER team include:
- Preparation and recommendation of special training and case studies including description of the actions, key points to consider, templates of surveys and methods.
- Explanation of different tier methods to calculate the emissions baseline, historical data, and forecasting.
- Guidance material on preparation of the Action Plan Report and preparation of communication materials.
