COVID-19 - Message from VERIFAVIA CEO

Dear Customers,

I hope that you, your colleagues and your families are doing well, and keeping safe at home despite the challenges of the COVID-19 crisis and the unprecedented crisis facing air transport.

I would like to reassure you that at VERIFAVIA we are all working full time to deliver verification services to you. Our CORSIA verification team remains fully committed and operational all around the world - working from home - to answer your queries, help you comply with regulatory requirements and meet the CORSIA compliance timeframe.

Considering the inability to travel, we have implemented remote verification techniques for all our aviation customers, including the use of basic audio and video conferencing facilities as required. If you are working from home with good internet connection, and with access to your company's systems and databases, we strongly encourage you to continue and complete the process as originally planned. If you can do it, we can do it!

We strongly recommend you attend our webinars on CORSIA MRV and ICAO's CERT, as they have been designed to guide you and to facilitate the reporting and verification process.

We want you to know that throughout the crisis, we will be doing our utmost to help you meet your regulatory requirements. As far as we are concerned, the 31st May 2020 deadline for the submission of your 2019 emissions report to your authority remains our target.

Please take every precaution to keep safe and do not hesitate to reach out to your personal auditor or directly to me in case of any special query, or if you need more information or support.
